Returns & Exchanges

At Icarus Football, we want you to look your best on and off the pitch. If your kit doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-customized apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure the garments are unworn and free of any marks or scents.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the kit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
